God enriches

don't I know you don't love me, Arizona?
a body is from a place, living there,
sucking in the aloe from the dry air,
Lucky by Nevada, an island of cacti...
Across continents, where is the Great Divide?
broken, in the cross-section of religions,
or between deserts, from one temple hidden
rendition of what sex could have been denied. 

lies of what the children need, baby love
and she cried to me, honey baby on her knees...
Crude and raw, laughing, don't worry for riches
hope that it is divine such riches for a dove
enriches, wait there Buddhist until you please,
next year, you may not be villains, victims.

I've never been to Arizona. Is it really that bad? Why not move out? It's not so uncomfortable here in Tennessee. I think the climate is rather mild and soothing.

Thanks for making me laugh in this kindness of invitation to Tennessee. Victoria, I have always wondered about each state, what it is like, I live in Va. I'm sure Arizona is really nice, that's what I hear from one person who lived there. The poem I guess wound up an abstraction. I'm not sure what it is communicating. I was exploring though once I move through all 52 I will go back and rewrite someday perhaps, or I could just forget about understanding it.

I have never been to Arizona, I want to ask Arizona about it and the people of there what do they know, how it that God enriches it?

I could ramble on here, maybe about the history, or the land. The variety of nature is amazing. Drive a hour, and find yourself in a different climate. Unfortunately, only seems to make headlines during the bad times. How is it enriched? Like so many other places, good people live there. Sorry, hard to explain.
