Garlic

A Poem by Laura Lynn

Some nights I long for company, not to be alone.
How will I make it through these long nights all my life?
Until I can do the things that I cannot, I will always be here quite
Makeshift.(I have always been makeshift.) I am not him. He is not me.

You've got a good start! Consider formating your poem properly. Verses. Perhaps like this:

Some nights I long for company,
Not to be alone
How will I make it through
There long nights all my life?

Et cetera. I think that will make your poem easier to read and overall better :)

God bless.
