ANTAGONISM

A Poem by Laura Lynn

Yak, the candid or wild oxen of Tibet, why should the
E
xcellent hour be reserved for a fight?  One cannot
R
etread the old tire without the proper equipment.
I
nterludes are not reserved just for old films any longer.
V
ignettes are the little designs just before the title page,
U
npretentious and modest.  Today she turns the page,
T
aut muscles keep her from reading too long.
