That is my dream

That is my dream

A Poem by Kurai.Merodi
"

A poem about something that helps me

"
The way you shine so bright
Captivates me
The way your so bold
Enthrals me
The way you hold your head high
Beguiles me
It is a shame I can only look
not touch
It is a shame I can not stand with you
Only look from afar
It is a shame you only come at certain times
I can only wait
You light the way
In the dark
You comfort me
While no one knows
You understand me
While I'm still stuck in the dark
How do you become so bright?
How do you comfort without breathing?
How do you be you?
I try to become bright but is knocked down
I try to comfort but is stopped by my own mind
I try to be me but is ridiculed
Please stay today
Don't leave me
Please shine brighter than before
To lead me out of my own darkness
Please talk to me
So I do not become withdrawn
That is your power
That is your wisdom
That is my dream

A boy who looks up to a certain someone tries to be that someone but instead gets ridiculed and insulted. He doesn't want to let that someone leave his life or his hope for a better life or inspiration will die. He will be ridiculed and he will be destroyed.
That's what I was able to interpret from this work of art. Keep it up!
