Lost in this new world.
Cold from the wind and rain
I find myself
unsure
As I run through this forest
to a location unknown
I trip
when I look down
thinking to find a twig or something
I find human remains instead
A man half alive
half dead
His eyes were clouded
his breath shallow
he turned his head staring at me with his clouded eyes
"Help me" He rasped.
Too scared to doing anything
I ran
Where was I?
How did I get here?
How do I go back?
Was this a prank?
These were the thoughts that ran through my mind as I ran through this dark seemingly endless forest. You couldn't see the sky for the canopy was too thick. You couldn't see past the thickening trees either. No end was in sight as I continued to run. I didn't stop couldn't stop. Then when I could no longer breath I collapsed. The cold wet rain dried my lips and mouth, froze my throat and caught my lungs on fire. My skin was numb and cold to the touch. The ground I collapsed upon was muddy, wet, and cold. My shirt and pants were tattered from running through branches, bushes, and who knew what else. I had to press on though I couldn't stay in this silent place much longer. There were no sounds. No crickets, birds, howls, or any creatures of the night. It was like I was alone is this darkness that had crept up on me.
What now? I thought to myself.
Climb a tree?
I didn't know how to climb a tree and there were branches to use they were too high for me to reach, for anyone to reach.
I'm alone.
starving.
shivering
and
dying.

My source of inspiration would be from the amazing Animes I watch, and Mangas I've read. One piece is by far my favorite. I learn something new every episode that's helped guide me in both writings an.. more..
