In your house

I long to be

Day by day

Patiently

I wait for you there

Like a stone

I wait for you there

alone

In a room so cold where no light dare touch

I’ll be there waiting, waiting for you

By myself I sit at a table

By myself I lay in bed

I wait for you because I know there’s hope
