Phony Friends

Another poem here.

Everyone thinks they have a true friend

their friend never stays with them to the end

No matter what you do or what you say

your friends always just seem to go away

After they leave they decided to return

Their feelings come to your concerns

When they're in doubt or feeling alone

your friendship's destruction is prone

You try to share and open your heart

They say they never liked you from the start

They leave forever and you feel depressed

Now you just keep your feelings suppressed
