This is to do in evening. If you really want to increase your imaginative, mental, social power, you must practise.

Now let's go to evening. On the evening choose a time when the sun is about to set and darkness is about to spread. Because air is very slow and calm at that time.

Drink water and take strength and sit to meditate in the pure and calm air. Fill your heart slowly with air. Keep it in. And throw it out. And remember whosever you want. When you meditate, choose a place which is silent, now crowded, soundless, noiseless. It is very important to concentrate your mind. Do give also 15 minutes in evening. After finish, you go to your works. Mothers to cook, students to read, family membiers to watch TV. This chapter is finished.
