I hope you have finshed your brush. Drink some water to give energy to your body.
Let's choose a place where wind flows. There are plants of flowers. Sunshine comes. Birds sound. It means, find a good place in your home. You can do it on your roof or in a open field. Sit with calm. Sit in "Padmasana", "Bajrasana". Find photos on internet of Padmasana and Bajrasana. Close your eyes, take long breathes as mentioned in the first chapter. Think of the God, think of your soul. And with these long breathings, remain for 15 minutes, or as long as you can. Your mind will gradully be stable. Manage your thoughts. Don't worry about anything. This time is to be empowered. After this, in the whole 24 hours, whenever you get time, call up the meditation time, close eyes for a minute, take long breathe.
