Half of my life

Its a short poem to illustrate a life of a middle class girl

Don't know where my life landed
With a blissful smile in face but actually bare handed
Night seems more peaceful with my passions dream
Days are really frightful with worlds reality, the inner me scream
Eyes which were once filled with strength and courage
Now it's totally shattered with the society's outrage
Now the years seem like ages passing........
With a delicate conscience of never crossing.........
Sad but it's the reality of our world
Where emotions are bargained and dreams are sold.......
Really lost in this unreasonable cruel cosmos.......
