The Winged One answered one of my Haiku which begins this, with Haiku which I answered then JE answered and I closed by completing the cycle of seasons. Spontaneous creativity!

You are a well-seasoned poet... sorry (i can't help myself sometimes) I think I am now so impressed by the seasons and the changes and emotions they stir I can almost feel them at will... each stirs me in a different way and yet I know they will bend their wills upon me at their meridian leaving my only course but to embrace each one for who they are but at times as it is now with winters final gasp gnawing it my toes I have to slip into a little spring and remember that the thaw is coming.

Thank you Robert. I'm sure the Winged One would too.

I loved the theme of seasons so much here, it works beautifully altogether. It’s very vivid, bright. The title, ‘Season Of Imagination’ works wonderfully too. It’s bright, dark, cold and warm, it reaches out to every inch that it should, covers all the seasons. It’s the perfect time of year for this poem too, when it’s still cold but soon things will be/may already be growing, giving out so much nostalgic and beauty and inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing.

A amazing poem for the seasons William.
"And writing poems
Until the Summer's slumber
And Winter found us"
I liked the above lines. They could stand alone. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Keep going....I can't wait to hear what you think about what I did with your poetry in the next one. I like the way it blends with the two poets around you.
Nice mages of seasons, and a vivid imagination; summer flings, but winter is when bodies entwine in front of the fireplace and passion flows endlessly through the long cold, dark days, and into the night. Weather no longer matters.
Best, B

To you both this drifter tips his hat. Amazing images. How often I have watched the seasons change. Soon, the geese will return. And the road will call. Then, your words will go with me to the trails. For Nature will be on full display. Beautiful.

I really like the idea of you reciting a collaborative poem in the great outdoors. Then three poets can howl at the moon together! But please, take your hat off first. Don't want to lose it.

I rarely howl at the moon. I have too much respect for her. She accepted me when nobody else would.
