A Month of SeasonsA Poem by William Michael ReevesA Renga with Cherrie Palmer
Spring never could March
surely Summer was watching for she was left out June consoled Summer melting April showers flood in sun Console me never "Wait now!" said Mother Nature see the tempest blow May told Mother forever as August blew into Fall April whispers softly her slight voice cannot be heard over stars singing July cries in Spring's murmur hearing suns September wept Hope's lace covered November and December sleeping under snow October webs without warmth wish January would come February's March Waned finding an early bloom yearning for the Spring 2022 © 2022 William Michael ReevesAuthor's Note
