Galaxy Dreams

Galaxy Dreams

A Poem by -b
"

The stars in her eyes made even the sun seem dull.

"
Her mind was full of galaxies.
Every thought like a star,
and as her head was spinning,
she became lost in the dark.

Eyes the size of the moon, a heart made of star dust,
Crashing and crumbling over the years;
Made her body into an atmosphere
where her metallic tears won't rust.

Meteorites fall from the heavens,
Causing an luminous after glow.
Her love was alot like outer space...
The way she can't let memories go

I enjoyed the comparison of love to space. Love is foriegn however true to all that see and feel.
Thanks for the read.

The cosmic metaphor is simply awesome. You took love to a new level.

"where her metallic tears won't rust."

Great line.

Good job of sticking with the interstellar theme.

I get this android star-dust vibe going
