Finding lost

Finding lost

A Poem by Bill

See the light
Feel the fire
Light the night
With your desire

Look too long, feel too much
Life’s a dream, love’s a crutch

Touch the void
Lose your self
You can’t avoid
This lost wealth

Find the you, no one can see
Lose the you, you cannot be

Embrace your pain
Love your loss
Ignore the stain
Forget the cost

Be all that they want to make
Empty shallow mute and fake

About
I like to write poetry; I would love to actually finish a work of fiction, mostly fantasy, historical fiction, science fiction. Life seems to crowd the stories in my head so that they have a hard tim.. more..
