I like the play on words with pick up your pencils and put down your thoughts. Your thirst stanza sends a really great message about what it means to be creative, and I agree with it very much. I think the fifth stanza is my favorite overall because it paints us as active parts of this world, real creators. You show us that our vision and our hard work matters, that we can have an impact with those things.

Side note, I draft all of my poems in pencil, then type them. I think I will try to go and create now. I have a few ideas rattling around. Thanks for the inspiration!
