So Long

So Long

A Poem by Big_Mac

You said you truly loved me but it all was a lie

As I lay in front of you motionless you never even cried

You left me when I needed you and I know you didn't care

So now I truly hate you and don't even care

Your name taste bitter in my mouth

And I spit it out like acid

No longer will I think of you and the past that never lasted

I'm finally free of you and found the one I love

She makes you look pathetic because you know you've lost

So get to walking because I've cut you off

The one I love now is more than you'll ever be.

She's loved me through the worst and she always will be

So this is my goodbye to you

No longer do I care.

The two girls your talk about are like ying and yang, light and dark. The way you do it though is heartbreaking and yet so beautiful at the same time. In a sense I feel like I am both of those girls. I have been the beautiful light heart-rebuilder and the dark sinister heartbreaker. Write more often from your heart. You have true talent here Sean.
