Shifting Distances

Shifting Distances

A Poem by Daniel Winters
"

Sometimes were closer to home than we realise

"
Our road home
is littered
with things we neither
forgot
or remembered.
Somedays we can see
the world curve,
but others,
we're right here.
Standing on tip-toes,
Looking over garden fences.
