Dance Scimitar

Dance Scimitar

A Poem by Shin ( formerly known as ) Bidayah

Still a favourite sport in parts of the world,

The dance scimitar is the commencement,

A start of many things, including a lesson of life,

The student sits still and pretends he doesn't know,

He figures he shouldn't be blamed, ' he didn't know,'

The trainer dances a few, in full view of the boy,

On occasion, the boy returns with a response,

Where such a response is correct, the dance changes,

Where he responses poorly or makes no response,

His agents in the body undertake something reckless,

For their own defences. The boy can deny any relation,

But the instructor will draw blood with a cut,

It's for the boy later, to know the extent of his injuries,

Till then, the dance continues. It goes great with heilongjiang.
