Acteon

Acteon

A Poem by Shin ( formerly known as ) Bidayah

A youth in the prime of his life is a wonder,

Handsome, cheerful, delighted at all he sees,

In the poise of his body language lies many things,

Love, with the sexual impulse, draws on him incessantly,

He thinks he might do this or maybe that, find out!

Then he stumbles into something deliciously lovely,

A maiden, stacked, who wonders about the gifts she has,

Acteon takes the initiative and before he knows it,

Is sharing in the intimacies of Juno and Midas,

Life turns wonderful and promises to be even more,

But alas, he spies her in her bath, without permission,

And his angst gets the better of him as he grabs for her,

Poor Acteon. His angst bred a bunch of dogs and they killed him.
