Miracle

She was heartbroken, helpless, bruised and lifeless. He  an adorable, lively, loved and jolly soul. When they met, it was as if they were poles and lifetimes apart. But this is how fairy tales are supposed to be, isn't it? And as expected, a miracle came into being. A magic that brought the two of them together in a heaven. The minutes turned into hours,the days  into months and the darkness into light as they had a brief slice of eternal bliss. But this wasn't a fairytale and life isn't always this simple. Her past came back to haunt her and the heaven turned into a hell. Unable to heal her, and getting his heart broken in the process, he has no choice but to leave her. Heartbroken and helpless again, she waited for another miracle till she was afraid of hoping. Her prince charming never came along. Tired of waiting for the impossible, she decided to become her own princess charming. Working her way through the dark clouds, she saw a silver lining and realized that even a story without a prince charming can be a fairytale if the magic in our heart works its way into our life.
