Cycle of LifeA Poem by BibliomancerA free verse poem.A fire is lit… It is burning brightly… At first it did not light, But now it burns strongly…
Atop it’s candle, the flame flickers and burns, left outside, where the flowers yearn for sustenance… The rain fall starts and the candle is stricken, the light is out, and the flame is just smoke…
It dissipates into the trees and wind, nourishing nature, growing and living… The rain made the soil damp and muddy… The light of the drying Sun is calling…
The sky opens, the time is right… An “Angel” is reborn… The reality of “life” begins, and we all become who we really are… © 2012 Bibliomancer |
