On our soul journey towards our truth, we sometimes get sidetracked. Distractions cause us to go off course. Awareness and past foibles serve as valuable teachers and return us to the path of Truth.

Time to time dusty distractions descend the mind 

To an obscure crevice in the heart 

 The coat of rust lies between 

 Protecting, enshrouding 

Blocking 

The reality

 The Truth 

Time to clear and clean 

Unblocking all channels; 

Forming a throughway 

Freeing the Soul
