Metro Beat~I

A deluge opens letting lose a flotsam;

Unawed I swim my way into the closing sesame

Lucky is what I feel as I get a tiny crack b/w two enormous posteriors and also that mine is puny enough to fit in…

It must be empathizing with thw potato sandwiched in a burger?

As the brain stops responding to the pleadings of the benumbed nerve-ends, it gets busy fop-ing the latest fashion trends on display

Oh! A little boy with his nose pressed aginst the glass door catches the eye;

A click wd’ve undoubtedly fetched me a TPOTY

A smil plays upon my lips at the clandestine caressing of lovers entined in the aisle, the envied vantage for a detective hired by suspecting spouses and doubting parents

As this spectre(ie me for the lovers) also loses its thrall, turning into a passive spectator of an ancient monochromatic movie on the adjacent 10” LCD…

The incessant lullaby of chatter and the b/w (black and white) bioscope lulls me into a siesta

Only, the unpardoning lady’s stentorian call to attention breaks the dreams’ fiesta

As the crowd pours me out,

I am left empathizing with the ketchup poured onto that burger…
