Let me see through your sight…

I am blind,
poorer than the poor,
laden with filth inside out!

I have come to your feet ,
to take refuge my dear Lord.
Fill my heart with your abounding love.

O merciful Lord,
I pray to you humbly,
wipe away my sins and make me just like you!

I am filled with sin,
numerous… uncountable..
Take them away my dear Rabboni.

Show me the way of repentance.
Cleanse me with your pure blood.
In you , let me be new again!

Let my heart desire the sweetness of your heavenly words.
Draw me closer to your heart O Lord!
Let me not run towards this unfaithful world.

Print your name on my soul dear Christ!
Let your every dream, every plan, come true in my life.
Let my life be filled with your divine works!

Let me know you again in a new way, today!
Let your holy light conquer my low, dark life!
Let your truth brighten up my weary existence!

Till today I was all blind!
Touch my eyes my dear Christ,
shed off the scales of darkness and sin.
Let me see the world through your sight!
