Remember and Forget

Remember and Forget

A Poem by Beuastykg
"

Written when my brother left.

Another whisper gone, carried in the wind
A hand just for me, could you maybe lend?
Pick me up off my feet, carry me away,
How do we ever know, if there is another day?
Remember the forgotten, forget the remains,
Tomorrow, yesterday, perhaps we never gain
Take my words and hold them, softly in your hands
Do not mistake them, for meaningless demands
Remember to dream, remember to care,
Remember that no matter what, I will forever be there
Remember the blue, remember the red,
Remember that I pray for you, every time I lay my head
Although you left, you saw my tears
Do not remember those of my fears
Promise that you will think of me, if you have the time
Forget that these feelings are making my rhyme
I hope you will be happy, wherever you may wander
One thing I ask of you before my words you squander
Remember me and all that we went through
Remember how much I love, miss, and remember you.
