Creatures: What does the cat think?

Creatures: What does the cat think?

Who are these creatures?
Fat
Obese
Lumbering
Living in a pack

Who are these creatures?
Elite curtain twitchers
Spying
Picking
On the vulnerable
To feed on the morsels of their lives
Like scavengers
To whisper
To shout
To feel the power

Who are these creatures?
When alone
Face to face
Cowards
Running to their lair

Who are these creatures?
Humans?
No
Neighbours of the lowest kind
That’s what they are
Makes me glad
To be a cat
Who settles everything
With a scrap!
