Such sadness within your powerful, superbly set poem, Betty. There are people wearing this cloak, one.. two.. maybe more, locked in one body... mind exclusive, thoughts tied in knots or flying space. You have sensed, perhaps seen or closely known this troubled being, part of society, part often condemned as 'odd' Can't say more having read three times. YOU are more than a writer.. you are an empathic pointing finger who says, this could be you.
Hi Betty, sounds to me like you've described, so grippingly and eloquently, bi-polar. I guess we all know someone who suffers from it, going on and off their meds, poor souls.
