SUSPENSIONA Poem by Betty Hermeleeto reason or notSUSPENSION
My innards suspend on a clothespin lilting in the draft seizing every chance to sizzle my nerves toss my being into turmoil puzzle my psyche
While reason and soundness drape from the point of a star too far to touch, out of reach what does reason expect of me? when will I be tempted to color my moods?
Perhaps if I gaze at this star as it glitters in the darkness alas, she shall raise up my broken spirit, dissolve it so intensely needful settle with reason fabricate me into an undamaged entity © 2023 Betty HermeleeReviews
