HIDDENA Poem by Betty HermeleeRomance in the skiesHIDDEN
My lips mimic the moon’s smile My eyes rest in a star’s core Please appear and venture With me on a cloud To the obscure outer space A place of warmth On a candle lit planet
Limb to limb Lips seal With moist breath Our bodies flicker With the candle’s dance We are intimate on cloud dust Shifting in cool darkness
We fear earth With our passion exposed So, we’ll drift the cosmic domain Until our affair consummates B.H.
