You’re right, no OCD is good, but this is a mor subtle version. Between two lovers, one of which is compulsive and drives the other one CRAZY!

I know exactly what you're saying & I admire you for saying it so briefly when this idea demands so much. I have a FB friend who chatters on & on via text as she ponders a scattering of things such as music (which she includes a link to -- it would take me all morning to listen to everything she links me to) . . . at first I tried to think of how to answer this onslaught. But eventually I learned to accept it's like in your poem: "I fall short to acknowledge" . . . oh well! There's a certain magic in learning how to give people the attention they seem to crave without frittering away every morning on long spills!
