VOIDA Poem by Betty
Neither is it the suffering, nor the hardship this field of battle beholds,
Neither is it the sun, whose frown pity’s no earthly flesh, That makes me crave for that day, that night death calls; But it’s when the heart beat of truth I hear marching close, It’s when I see my blood dripping for all that is void I think that a breathless flesh would be much enjoyed. © 2013 BettyAuthor's Note
