How to Choose and Measure Refractive Index?

The refractive indices of different samples and media are different, and the Mie scattering theory is related to the refractive index testing  , so in order to make the test results accurate, the refractive index of the measurement should be as close as possible to the actual refractive index of the sample.

 

The Bettersize laser particle size instrument software system has collected and stored the refractive index of nearly 300 substances, and the same substance can be selected according to the sample to be tested. If the sample you are testing is very specific and there is no refractive index for this sample, the refractive index can be tested with a Bettersizer S3 laser particle size analyzer instrument and added to the refractive index database.
