A Square WorldA Poem by Deepika
I locked myself
within four walls- Someday when I had a
chaotic mind Wondered how the earth
doesn’t fall, In spite of spinning
round
& round!
A
ball
pen rested on a table
brown, Kept her engaged; spilled
her dark fluid, Swirling
thoughts, not sure of where they end, Pulled them hard and
laid them down!
One by one they
decorated my book, Fitting inside the
perfectly spaced lines Flushing the musings
off the confined pack, Mind was then freed from
the
confined chains!
