Miss you Dad!

Miss you Dad!

A Poem by Deepika
"

To the best treasure that I ever had..

"

He never knew how to live a life for himself,

He never savored the sweetness of enjoyment,

He never yearned for the bliss of the grandeur,

Forever he believed God as the ultimate savior

He was ignorant about a society of sin,

He knew no world other than his wife and children

There came a time when he didn’t know whom to blame,

For destiny turned totally unfavorable to him,

He had realized his breath would deceive him soon,

For God had turned blind towards his painful scene,

His remorse grew deep as he turned helpless,

No words could either comfort him or impress

He grew impatient at times and yelled without empathy,

Later regretted and recorded in a note with a penalty,

One day he silently walked away, not being burden to any,

Now I open his dairy when I feel dead lonely,

Wish I could get another chance to keep him happy,

All I can say now is ‘Miss you Dad' too badly!

That's very deep
There's a skylar grey in you.. Just joking
Pathos very well carried
Great work

A father cannot have the luxury of living his dreams always
But he has the luxury of watching his children live thier dreams
A sentimental piece
Surely heart warming.

You are right! Thanks Anurag :)
i am familiar with this pain and feeling, all i can say is stay strong. Those who have gone, will never come back no matter how much we miss them or how much we need them. the best thing to do is enjoy every moment to its fullest with your loved ones. live momentarily, live happily :)
