Boiling rage, yet tolerant smile

Gushing thoughts, yet forbidding silence

Ugly faces, yet alluring masks

Youthful mind, yet withholding conduct

Smashing agony, yet lofty pride

Basic emotions, all locked inside the society!

 

Explode once, to show your limits

Speak out mind, as thoughts just multiply

Beauty is short-time, throw that mask away

There's no second chance, let your heart say

Don't shield tears, let them make way

As Life is too short, let there be some insanity!

If you havent lost the plot in rage in your adult life then you are just a Vesuvius waiting to blow - either you don't care about anything anymore or you internalise it (which will lead to an early death) or you're already dead lol.
The danger is if you do let it out and you go overboard then, you could mark yourself among your peers for life as a nut-job - not an easy thing to reassure people that it was a one off when you have underpants on your head and two pencils sticking out of your nose. ;p
Even anger has to be self-regulated - which is why punch bags were invented!
