Lord of the Rings RiskA Poem by Miles WilburnIn a game of Lord of the Rings Risk with friends...which is still on going.
The board is set its time to conquer
The shire will be mine I own the fires of Mordor, Sauron's towers fine. Gondor's looking weak And Rohan's defense gives me a fright My friends' have begun negotiations; I expect this to be a long night. I set for Gondor with orcs and trolls I'll have this land with time. Burning under the power of Sauron, And his one big burning eye. Alliances are constructed and promises are made I promised Rohan and the Shire to my friend The aggro I freely take. My deal was set, and the plans went forth A dual backstab betrayal. Nine hours in and Sauron's forces still stand able. What will come of the future I know just this is true. The forces of Sauron are hungry for land, And they're coming after you. © 2012 Miles Wilburn |
