An Eye Set Forth

An Eye Set Forth

A Story by Kyle

A Ship's Captain Goes Down With His Ship

But Our Heavenly Almighty Will Not Burn With The Damnation Of Our Existence

Lest His Sacrifice Be In Vain

The Savior Has Passed But Once

Amaranthine, Never Again Will His Life Be Taken

Like A Dying Man Greeted By His Old Age, Auld Lang Syne, Clasping His Beloved

He Lets Go, If Only For A Furlough

She Weeps For She Cannot Live Without Him

And So Have We Longed For Our Beloved

O God Of Greatness, God Of Glory

How Much Do We Deserve?

And What Do We Owe?

Surely Our Placard Of Debts Has No Range Of Number We Know

We Have Sought You In Disgrace And Placed Your Name Last

Anesthetized By Our Filth, Covenants Are Trampled, Promises Are Worn Reposed

The Thread Of Humanities' Span Wears Thin

Yet Our Tongues And Minds look Elsewhere For Direction

They Have Not Sought

Ergo, They Have Not Received

Yet With Anger And Hatred They Speak And Make Claims

If They Knew Of The Truth Of Your Ways...

If Fruition Was Dealt As Often As Sunlight...

Deliver Us From Carnage, From Lust, And From Sin

Let The Just Words Of The Righteous Few Overcome The Obstacles Of Darkness

And Allow The Piercing Light To Vanquish Our Foe, The Prince Of Lies

Sustain Our Faith, Relinquish Our Doubt

We Know

We Wait
