You shouldn’t kiss me like this unless you want me like that.

 

Your loving gaze will stop me just like that.

 

These butterflies inside me should just die away,

 

but your honey-filled lies beg me to stay.

 

The night with the stars all around us make all my thoughts fade,

 

and even though I know you, it won’t keep me at bay.

 

Surrounded by love as twisted as vines will pull me under until I die.

 

You pull me under to make me stay, but even through this

 

 my mind finds a way to see

 

your dark beauty not as a façade.

 

I can’t fight these feelings I have for you.

Two definitely different points of view. He wants you because of your attraction, both physical and emotional that he feels within himself.

You want him quite simply because you love him.

This is not a new story and has been going on for centuries. It is when you can meet in the middle that true love for each other can begin.
