All over againA Poem by Ben RobinsonBecause the world needs another love poem. All eyes on me, But my eyes were fixated on you, I look at all the debris, I cleaned up after I loved you, And I’d do it all over again, I guess I was losing control, When I went into therapy, I guess I was in denial, That love can lie, All I felt was an empty hole, My heart knows I’ve been here before, And the feeling of our high, Makes me feel so low, And I lose control, Every time I smell your cologne. All eyes on me, But my eyes were fixated on you, Thursday nights under the beech tree, Was the first time I knew, I loved you, And I’d do it all over again. © 2020 Ben RobinsonAuthor's Note
