How could you possibly control the influence things have on you, if you don't know your influences, if you don't know stimulus and response, cause and effect action and reaction infinity How could you reach your goals if you don't know your goals
Is it of necessity that it goes that way, this way

The chaos and randomness and unorderly proceedings of the world may stand as a great and intimidating giant, arms crossed forcing me to naturally feel small
However rarely are one of these phenomena, naturally occurring expressions
a complete and unconquerable influence on my nature, because i sit at the drivers seat of my influences, am at the gate of my perception and awareness, or I by now, at least like to have that as a goal.

Shouldn't somebody have noticed by now that the guides for living and being right now are far too commercialized, that is, commercially driven. The endorsements are skipping the middle men, jumping straight into your heart. It's unrecognized that that may be an unrecognized infection. They stream line, seamlessly plugging straight into your inner-head. Jump leap goes the advertisement, why did I think that all of us were dead. Monkey see monkey do, pathetic attempt to mask your low self-esteem with jeans, and fall back lethargic, copacetic by bottle fed, pop culture's target, expanding the field of profit margin herds and happiness varnish.

Very true thoughts about introspection being the key to gaining control over our influences. Are we to stand by and let the media dictate what we are suppose to think and how were are to look, feel? Too many have been brain washed by this pop culture era we live in today, and I fall victim to that as well. In this write though you open our eyes to how we all need to investigate what is real in our lives. Not to cover our insecurities with the superficial, to have our own goals in life that lead to true happiness. Might need to put this one in my library to keep these truths in front of me. Awesome write.
