Red and Blue, Me and you

Red and Blue, Me and you

A Poem by Bella-Marie
"

This is a piece of my life. Hopefully not.

"
You won't miss me.
Rubbish! I'll miss you!

Now I'll be out of your life.
F**k this. Just... think logically.

That's too hard for me. I'm too thick.
Don't think that! You're real smart!

You get accepted. I don't.
S**t happens. You can't just DIE because of it.

Oh yeah?
YES.

Ohmygawd.

F**k.

My friend and I were both vyying for a spot fo rthe final test for a special thing at school. I got accepted. She didn't. She's not talking to me. I hope this will not be our final conversation, because she is seriously sometimes says she is suicidal. GRRRRRRRR

Aww that's so sad! I loved how it was a conversation instead of straight textbook poetry. I hope you and you friend start talking again. But the "Oh yeah?", why was that not red? Just curious.

interesting raw and poetic. the back and forth play seemed consistant with
eachother and didn't offer a perspective balance, but a perspective
consistancy. in any reagrds I must say, great job bella, the ending is funny.

I've told you before. Just ignore her it's really annoying me seeing her hurt you and it's hurting me to as your friend. Great poem though it sounds just like her.

hey. hope everything's fine between you two now. i mean, if she really really is your friend, she'd understand that things like this happen and she ought to accept them, right? anyway, amazing how this line: 'S**t happens. You can't just DIE because of it.' seemed to stand out above the rest and assure other people with other problems. (:

congratulations! that's the thing about competition, only one can be chosen; hopefully your friend gets over her loss and can celebrate her friend's victory...if not - don't be hard on yourself - don't dim your shine for the comfort of others and to your discomfort.
