Hide and Seek

Hide and Seek

A Poem by Sow Beet
"

Hide and Seek

"
Where is she, is she
hidden? Eyes closed, can’t see.
Play hide and go seek.

Count to three, peek
behind the trees, imagining
where all dreams are made.

Dusty sunny sill,
Opened moments memory.
Suspended in air.

debris is glitter
rain drops, puddles, in her boots
truth, sploosh and splash.

Come out, come out, where
ever you are, laughter falls
back into the grass.
