You, you, you

You, you, you

A Poem by Bee
"

A poem about a painful relationship

"

I know its a bad idea

I know it’s killing me

I can feel the blindfold over my eyes

Yet I know that I put it there

The pain burns in my chest

What was once a beautiful spark

Is now a raging fire

Clawing inside me

I’ve become something else

Someone else

Yet I feel the same

Always alone beside you

Your eyes are stunning

Your music is a beautiful lullabye

And again I fall for you

And again I’m falling to my death

“Please don’t leave”

I once begged you

Now I know it won’t work

So I’m done trying to make you stay

The fear in my heart

Is controlling me

Yet I don’t care

I won’t leave you

No matter how bad you burn me

I’ll always come back to your warmth
