You say that you haven't changed
I reply with have you gone deranged
Because what I see now, And what you were
All you were was a hateful lure
You tried to pull me in, with soft and sweet things
And then give me what to fly on, these fake wings
Which fail to make me stay in the air
And then I fall down to who knows where
My heart is left crushed on the floor
As you start to walk out the front door
I've given up begging for you to stay
And now on this dusty, glass covered floor I lay
Not even stuggling to make a move
Because there is nothing left of my love to prove
There are no tears left to cry
And I have all but forgotten the question why
My mind plays back all the memories made
Not one day here that I would trade
Even though my thoughts are forbade
And things are starting to finally fade
Still laying on the sharpened glass
My blood pooled around in quite a mass
I sit up and stare emptily where you stood
And tears poured down because I knew they could
And sitting here in dried up blood
With all these tears coming out in a flood
I know you have changed, without a doubt
All you ever wanted now was to get out
You leaving me was your greatest move
My heart wasn't enough love to prove
So now you're gone from here
And I won't cry one more single tear
