Without You

Without You

A Poem by Becki

Why do you insist to keep me here
within your reach, what is it that you fear
i may do?
i wanna know
i want you to say what
you think im capable of
and its probably not much

im sitting here
and its damn cold
the christmas lgihts are bieing built
around me
this year we'll see what has
brought us together
or torn us apart

i'll make a list
telling you what i want
something like a life
without you

i rarely learn from my past mistakes
i retaliate way too fast
give me a minute
let me rethink my past
let all the pieces fit
ill tell you my story again

im looking through our family pictures
ripping us apart
now all i have is photographs
without you
