A loves Requiem

A loves Requiem

A Poem by Rebecca Leigh
"

"

I am starting to lose hope,

I know that you’ve been burned and scorned,

And your Trying to cope,

The past you have mourned,

But I am here for you.

Just open your eyes,

I want to make your heart move,

So I send out some signs,

I want you to know,

You are the one I have always dreamt of,

But there are just some lines,

We cannot cross,

Sometimes it hurts so bad,

My soul wants to shout.

We’re all just trying to find our own match,

But seems there is always a catch,

I’ve loved you so long,

It’s like a heart attack.

And even though it’s wrong,

I can’t help myself,

I can’t help myself,

You don’t know how great you are,

A rare jewel; a luminous star.

You were my prince on a horse,

My knight in shining armor;

In my eyes you could do no wrong,

Your voice my favorite song,

And though we can never be,

I wish you could just see,

When I look at you,

What I see!

Heartfelt piece of art!
Well... love takes everything back.. what it all brings you at first. Because, this`s life so the love`s all helpless around the arms of cold winds. Nice imagery!
