One Thought

One thought, 

One thought changes everything.

One over thinks it all.

One over judges it all.

One thought can alter the world.

One thought can change EVERYTHING.

Does one thought really have to control it all?

Does one thought determine our mind set?

Does it alter our way of living?

Does one think so much as to hurt themselves?

Does one think it wouldn't matter if they say it out loud?

Does one honestly, truly think, that one thought controls them?

No matter how much a thought kills you.

No matter how much one thought nags you.

No matter how much one over thinks.

No matter how much one says it.

No matter what happens in this world.

No matter what anyone says.

One thought should not change it all.

One thought should not have that power.

One thought should not be messed with.

One thought should not affect the future.

One thought should not be the soul power.

One thought should not be accepted.

That one thought,

No matter what it is,

Do not ever let it control you.

Do not ever focus everything on it.

We all over think.

But don't keep turning that one thought around.

It will hurt you in the end..
