Stars Are Like Faith

There's a twinkle in the night sky.

A star giving out it's last breath.

I see that as a symbol.

For every star that goes out,

Someone down on Earth loses their faith.

There's a tendency for us, as human beings,

To just give up altogether.

As a star gives up,

It makes room for a new star to form.

Just like our faith.

Every time we give up,

Someone else is growing faith.

If times get tough,

Try not to be so quick to give up.

There's always a reason to hold onto that faith.

Every star that goes out,

Someone is giving up faith.

Stars are just like our faith,

It lasts a long time,

but isn't too quick to give up.

So be like stars and don't give up.

Hold onto your faith as long as you can.
