Are You Looking?

Are You Looking?

A Poem by Becca

Look to your left.

Now look to your right.

That paranoid feeling?

You better hold onto that.

For on this night,

Nothing is what it seems.

Everything you once never believed in,

Will come haunting your every move.

Shadows are lurking.

Wolfs are howling.

Bad luck is stirring.

Hauntings are starting.

Look up, look down.

Goose bumps are forming.

A coldness overcomes your path.

Vibes of something evil,

Follows your every step.

Don't worry, you said you didn't believe.

Yet, that paranoid feeling,

That shiver of an invisible touch,

Freaks you out.

Watch your back.

For night is not one bit

In the ordinary.

Are you looking?

Looking left?

Looking right?

Looking up?

Looking down?

Looking behind you?

And straight ahead?

Like I said, watch your every move closely.

You're every nightmare is about to come true.

About
I'm 23 and I write poems to keep me sane. Poems are my way of getting out how I feel. When I'm upset, I tend to write more. But there are times where I will get randomly inspired and write something c.. more..
