Innocence PersonifiedA Poem by BeccaBelieved-Innocence answers the powerful call, of a small word, known by all. A girl of smal stature, a girl of small songs, A girl who makes absolutely no wrongs. A girl of blonde hair, and girl who only sees, A girl hos has a small little plea.
'Hear me!' She cries, a plea with small might, As she struggles to keep up the tough fight. Shes no strength left, and she crumples to the ground, Innocence has fell, leaving carnage all around. The small, crumpled girl has lost her tough fight, And Innocence leaves us in the dark night. © 2011 BeccaBelieved-Author's Note
